Thanksgiving in California

We decided to visit northern California over Thanksgiving. Lane's sister lives by Sacramento and we've always wanted to drive Big Sur. This would be our chance before the baby comes and we go nowhere. We had a blast. Crammed in a ton of sightseeing. We also got to have a lot of cousin time which was great, seeing as we don't see them very often. We did San Francisco one day: Alcatraz, Lombard Street & the Painted Ladies. We drove the coast & spent the night in Monterrey. We also did the aquarium there which is world renown.

Halloween

This year we had the "new Cinderella", Minnie Mouse & Darth Vader. Excuse Davis in the photos. We weren't sure he was going to make it because he was feeling pretty crummy. Luckily he snapped out of it once we got to Amy's.

Davis' Birthday Party

Well we thought his birthday was going to be pushed into November, seeing as it was a Halloween theme. The original date was canceled due to major rain. We moved it to the following Friday only to find out it would rain again. To prevent having to cancel, we set everything up in our separate garage. I was not happy about it, although it turned out ok. 

Chicago

Lane had to take his oral boards in Chicago, so we made a little weekend trip out of it. We had so much fun! We did a segway tour, a food tour & ate at some delicious spots. He passed by the way!
