Perry's Many Faces

I took a few shots of Perry today in this adorable lace romper I got for her birthday. Of course this is the first time she's wearing it. I changed my favorites to black & white. As you can see, I had a lot of favorites.

Chinese Lantern Festival

I bought a Groupon a while back for the Chinese Lantern Festival. It was in Dallas at Fair Park. I have to say it was pretty cool. Lots of things to look at which kept the kids' attention. The only down side is that we went through the whole exhibit in 30 minutes. It was so cold that we didn't want to linger at any one thing. It was still pretty neat.

Party for Perry

Since one of Perry's nicknames is Sweetsie Pie, I decided to capitalize on that & have a pie party for her birthday. Everything turned out great.

 We had lemon meringue, salted caramel apple, triple chocolate pumpkin & pecan pies in mason jars. We also had 2 dozen fried pies in assorted flavors.

Periwinkle is 1!

My little gal turned 1 today! It was very low key. Just me & the kids at the house. Lane worked all day. My parents did come over at night to celebrate New Year's with us. Which means, my mom made onion dip. Yum! Here are a few pics. I'm sure there will be many pictures exactly like this in her future.
