It's Official

So I've been looking to change careers and have been sending out endless resumes with not much luck. I figured the earlier I start looking, the better chance I have. Well, I've been interviewing for this one job for the past month now & just found out that I got it! I think I will really enjoy it. They have fantastic benefits and the best thing about it is that I'm not going to have to take a pay cut! It's a little bit of sales and little bit of event planning. Right up my alley.

YEA JALEI!!!! I am glad it worked out for you! I am a little offended that I had to hear about it via your blog, but I will forgive you. Did you find out when you start?

I start June 3rd, the day after I stop my current job, so no break for me :( Sorry Regina, I knew you were going to say that. I figured it would be easier to do one post rather that several emails.

Congratulations! Mom told us yesterday on the way to school. I am jealous that you don't have to deal with testing like the rest of us anymore, but I feel bad you won't get any break.

I loved teaching (most of the time), but I was SO glad to move on. I don't think it was my "calling in life."
