Every mother dreams of the day when she can put her daughter's hair into a ponytail. All too often, they try too soon, but stick with it, resulting in a sprout. I am at that point. I finally went out & bought hair elastics & gave Elliot her first sprout. As the day has gone on, it has grown on me. I will say it is the only way I can get her to leave a bow in her hair, so that's a huge plus. What do you think?

I love the "whale spout!" So cute. Crazy to think I will have a little girl to do that to next summer, if she has a lot of hair like Harrison.

My mother was the 1st one to put Scarlett's hair into a ponytail and I HATED it! It made Scarlett look like such a big girl :o( Then I relized that Scarlett couldn't be a baby forever. Having said all of that, E's "sprout" is so cute! Your little girl is growing up and now she looks like a big girl!
