Make a Smilebox slideshow
Elliot is 6 months today! Lane wanted to celebrate her half birthday with a cake & everything, but I thought that was a bit silly since she can't even eat it. She doesn't have her checkup until 2 weeks from now, so I'll have to fill you in on her stats then.
As of now she:
- eats some type of food with every bottle. She likes carrots, peas, pears, sweet potatoes, applesauce, bananas & oatmeal (I threw away the rice cereal)
- sits unsupported pretty well. However she does get pretty upset when she falls over.
- has gotten pretty good at pushing the buttons on her toy & immediately closing the door that pops up.
- likes it when you bounce up & down with her, or pretend like you're dropping her.
- sleeps through the night! We started this 2 weeks ago & am so glad I finally bit the bullet.

She can sit up? Wow! LOVE the video. She is so cute!
She is getting big. How is she doing on crawling? Eleanor can't get the knees and the arms together yet. She is either dragging with the arms, or pushing with the feet but her head is on the floor.
That is funny that Lane wanted to celebrate. It is fun to watch her laugh. Harrison has been laughing a little each day and I love it. No rolling since last week, though.
Ah, don't you love when they sleep through the night? You finally start to feel rested for the first time in 6 months.

I've always wondered why kids think it's so hilarious to almost be dropped on the ground. Jacob does the same thing. Can you picture adults laughing like that if it happened?!?! Not so much... :)
Hey Jalei! Your little Elliot is precious! Thanks for the encouragement- it's nice to hear it's been done, and we'll live through it!! My husband and I both have SO MUCH to learn- it's almost scary!
