Last night we went to the Plano Balloon Festival. It's been about 10 years since I last went, but thought Elliot would like it. We knew we were taking our chances with Davis since we weren't even going to get there until 7pm (his bedtime). But the main thing I wanted to see was the balloon glow and that didn't start til 8. Lane's sister and her family came too so that was fun.

Fun! I wanted to go to that and then completely forgot...
How fun! For the past several weeks, probably 1-2 times a week, there is a big blue and white hot air balloon that sits at Zilker Park, right next to Mopac (which is how we drive into downtown Austin every day). And Eli loves seeing it, just sitting there on the grass, all blown up (I've never actually seen it in the air).
That looks like something fun to do. I love the glowing balloons. That's so cool!

So cool! I saw a few other people post on FB that they had gone. I always think it looks like so much fun and always forget to look up when it us. Glad you guys got to go. Great pictures!!!
