Yesterday was so busy with Church that we didn't really have time to do our Christmas activity, so we skipped it. Elliot even forgot, so it was all good. But today we got pictures taken with Santa. E was so excited to go. Here she is running ahead of us to get to the Jolly guy.
This year she went right up to him & sat on his lap. But she did become a little weary after a minute. Of course it didn't help when Santa said that he didn't bite. I think all she heard was "bite". But even then she didn't cry so we'll count it as a success. Davis doesn't look too cute at this angle, but what can you do?
On the way out, I tried to get her to pose in front of one of the Nordstrom displays...lol. They had everything decorated really cute, so I tried to take advantage of it. The only problem is getting this child to actually look at the camera!

Davis looks cute anyway! Poor E. She was probably so distracted by all of the glitz and glamour that she couldn't focus on the camera. Who can blame her? IT'S CHRISTMAS!!!
Did you make up all of these activities on your own, or did you find them online? I can't wait until Janae is a bit older and "gets" the holiday!
Fun! We have Santa pictures at school tomorrow. Patrick is Santa, so hopefully the girls will sit fine on his lap.
