North Carolina

Lane had 2 interviews in North Carolina this past week. One with The Carolinas Medical Center & the other with UNC. They were about 2 hours apart. He really loved it there & The Carolinas will probably be near the top of our list. Here are a few pictures he took.
Here's the medical center area.

Here are a couple of houses really close to the medical center.

An awesome pizza joint he found.

Just the road. While he was there is snowed a lot & there was ice all over the roads.

It looks very cold there!! But North Carolina is very pretty.

I would choose NC over SLC any day. There is a lot less snow!!! This process must be so exhausting for you guys.

For my own selfish reasons, choose a climate where the winters aren't so severe. Alan has already told me that if y'all go to UT, they are right behind you. Choosing a warmer climate will ensure that Alan and Brenda will stay in TX, he he he :o)

NC would be so pretty I bet. Not that I have ever been but I have wanted to since the Notebook. I am getting very anxious to find out. I will miss you. Even though you aren't here now, you're still here a lot and I feel like if you needed me (or vice versa) it is just a few hours to hop in the car and get to you. It won't be that way if you go far. Sad. :(

I have never been to North Carolina but it seems beautiful and I have heard great things. I would choose NC over SLC. Less cold! Of course we would love for you to stay in Texas, but God will lead you to where you are suppose to be.

When do you know where you will be? And when will you have to go? Let me know what your next few weekends look like so we can have you over. I also have some stuff for Elliot.

I was impressed with North Carolina when we visited! From my experience, I would say that it's nice to experience living some place new. You get to have new experiences and meet new people!
