Brian & Christina had us over for dinner last night & we had some good ol Texas Chili. Making it was definitely an all day process. He had to smoke the meat & then chop it all up along with onions, jalapenos, habaneros, spices, etc. It definitely made me sweat! But that didn't stop me from eating 2 huge bowls of it! You did good Brian!

Thanks Jalei for the nice posting. He did do a good job on the chili and thanks for coming over. We had a great time. Oh, do you mind emailing me the recipe for the Oreo truffles. We LOVED them! Thanks!
That sounds so good right now. It is cold and rainy here. Chili would be great for dinner. But, it's not on the menu tonight.
Oooooo... nice! I'll have to talk to Brian and convince him to enter his chili into the Chili Cook Off in March!
